- Execute internal sales objectives & improve account conditions using BBC systems and selling process
- Learn and be proficient in beer industry knowledge, brewing, and BBC product styles
- Execute impactful promotions for accounts in the On Premise (bars/restaurants) & Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores), sampling events, and festivals
- Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers and displaying point of sale items to increase visibility of our brands
- Conduct waitstaff & bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume in accounts
- Farm existing business in top on & off premise accounts to grow depletions
- Build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers
- 4 year Bachelors Degree
- Entry level to 1+ years sales and/or food/beverage industry

We are looking for a Brand Activation Rep in Charlotte, NC - Must be local to Charlotte!
