  For the Central European market we are now looking for a Brand Activator based at our office in Munich. You will be a part of our European Marketing Team, with direct reporting line to the European Marketing Manager, but work closely with our sales force in Germany & Austria as well as our distributors in the Central European area.

  
  

  This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible.

  
  

  Main Purpose with the position

  To execute the CCM brand strategy and implement the Marketing Plan for Central Europe. Maximize sales, profits and sell-through within stores.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and ensure proper customer and partner relationship management
  • Implement go to market activities
  • Initiate and do sell through activities at stores
  • Support local PR initiatives
  • Contribute to the briefing process to Trade Marketing for needs in In-Store communication
  • Educate and inform store staff on technical product specific and concepts on key product launches
  • Team activities and events during weekends and evenings outside normal working hours.
  • Execute the social media strategy by posting, moderating and editing daily posts for the social media accounts – Instagram and Facebook

  
  

  Your background:

  
  

  • Experience with marketing or sales
  • Customer focused and good skills in problem solving
  • Knowledge of budget
  • Fluent in German and English, knowledge in French is an advantage
  • Strong Excel, E-Mail, Word and PowerPoint Skills
  • Academic scores is an advantage, preferable a Bachelor in related field
  • Drivings licence is a must

  
  

  The ideal candidate is a customer focused and sales-oriented team player with a winner’s attitude. Strong interest in ice hockey and sports in general is an advantage.
