      WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Do you love welcoming and starting the day with a smile? You’re in luck! We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest experience that exceeds expectations and creates guests for life. This position is likely the first point of contact our guests have when arriving to the mountain, so it is critical that all team members provide genuine, courteous, and helpful experience that generates the ‘Wow!’ factor.

      Requirements:

      • Excellent verbal communication skills and a willingness to initiate guest contact in a friendly manner.
      • Must be willing to work outdoors.
      • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
      • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
      • Timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weather and must be available to work a flexible workweek, including holidays and weekends.
      • Knowledge and passion about skiing and snowboarding, marketing, and guest relations.
      • Must be 14 years of age

      WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

      • Greeting and interacting with guests in and around facilities as well as on the mountain
      • Providing guests with direction and assistance
      • Extensive resort knowledge or where to find the answer for guests
      • Crowd entertainment on high volume days
      • Collecting emails for guest research
      • Distributing promotional swag to guests
      • Representing Blue Mountain at on and offsite promotional activities and events
