      The Brand & Content Associate plays a crucial role in executing the marketing strategy by overseeing brand content development, social media activation, donor promotions, and communications. You will create, publish, and optimize content across multiple channels to promote engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. By collaborating with marketing, design, and agency teams. You will develop content solutions that meet project requirements and support marketing goals. Additionally, you will ensure brand standards are upheld and maintain compliance with brand positioning across all channels. Also manage content calendars and keep all partners informed of content plans.

      JOB DETAILS:

      • Reports To: Senior Manager of Brand Activation & Content
      • Location: Boca Raton, FL OR Remote
      • Direct Reports: None
      • Travel: Ability to travel as needed (10%)

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      Content Planning - Develop quarterly content plans that align with the comprehensive content strategy and messaging framework.

      Content Development & Production - Collaborate with designers, videographers and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets.

      Social Media Management - Maintain CSL Plasma's social media channels, ensuring all profiles are up to date with accurate information for donors. Research and identify latest social media trends and platforms, staying current with industry best practices and regulations.

      Brand & Content Stewardship - Maintain and evolve brand & copy guidelines to maximize value of brand expression, in both English and Spanish.

      Special Projects - Collaborate to create adhoc content, examine brand metrics, identifies trends, and provide recommendations to Marketing Leaders.

      Collaboration and Communication - Collaborate with teams to gather information and develop content that supports marketing projects. Keep partners informed of content plans, performance and seek input for optimization.

      JOB SPECIFICATIONS

      Education and Experience

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field experience
      • Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in content, editorial, social, or similar experience
      • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, content marketing trends, personas, and audience segmentation
      • Experience with content development and implementation
      • Create high-quality, SEO content, knowledge of SEO best practices, and keyword research tools
      • Experience using analytics tools to monitor performance, analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics to improve content
