      Job Description

      TOPSHOP and TOPMAN are iconic British fashion brands with 60 years of heritage. Headquartered in London, the Brands have over 2 million customers across the globe through the ASOS platform and generate brand sales of c£200m. Our mission is to unlock the best of fashion for everyone with creativity and innovation at our core.

      Following the formation of a Joint Venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone cross-functional team within ASOS which is dedicated to unlocking the huge growth potential of the TOPSHOP and TOPMAN brands. The brands will now benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while enjoying the creative freedom and agility of standalone brands.

      The next 12 months for TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will see the expansion of the brands’ offline and online retail presence with the launch of Topshop.com and new wholesale partnerships.

      THE ROLE

      We are seeking a content marketing expert to plan, manage and execute the creation and delivery of innovative brand content for use across all channels including Topshop.com, social media and in-store activations. You will be develop and maintain collaborative relationships with ASOS studios and creative services to ensure consistency of the brand message and build innovative solutions for additional content development to maximise customer engagement and loyalty for the iconic TOPSHOP/TOPMAN brands.

      The role is based in our London HQ and will report into the Head of Customer & Marketing for Topshop & Topman. You will work alongside a team of customer & marketing professionals to support our full funnel marketing activities, as well as cross-functionally with the design, product and trading teams.

      What you'll be doing...

      • Lead the planning and execution of all brand content initiatives across a wide range of channels.
      • Ensuring branded content is ‘branded’ – that it is identifiably TOPSHOP/TOPMAN.
      • Managing and allocating budgets ensuring spend aligns to key KPI-driving activity.
      • Continuously monitoring and suggesting solutions for content at scale ensuring it exceeds performance metrics.
      • Identifying emerging trends and technologies ensuring we are at the forefront of innovation and testing.
      • Working with the broader customer & marketing team to develop and deliver the editorial tone of voice across all channels.

      Qualifications

      Who we'd like to meet...

      • Proactive, creative and innovative with experience in developing brand messages through engaging content across a range of channels.
      • Passion for creating digital content with a strong portfolio showcasing creative, innovative content across a variety of forms.
      • Proficiency in social media management tools and video editing software.
      • Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
      • Track record of analysing and evaluating content performance.
      • Strong communication skills and desire to work collaboratively with broader customer marketing team and cross-functionally with design, product and trading teams to support short-term and long-term goals.
