      The temp Brand Creative Project Manager will work with the Brand Creative Team to drive active projects. This role will work in close partnership with Creative Leadership, Product Management, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and business leaders, and drive Achieve's priorities through seamless day-to-day operations and strong stakeholder alignment.

      With a creative development background, you bring creativity and experience to the operational aspects of design, and content creation teams. Managing solving the “how,” freeing up your peers to focus on crafting the “what.” You have demonstrated strong performance in your prior roles; you thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving skills with limited oversight.

      As part of this team, you understand how to drive results in a hyper-dynamic organization. Efficient in driving quality and process across design teams at scale, you are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. You set high-level goals to improve productivity and drive operational excellence for our internal teams, allowing them to focus on delivering successful products for our internal and external customers.

      This role is responsible for managing workflows and processes to ensure that we deliver excellence with predictability at scale. You will focus on our toolset (i.e. Figma, Asana, DivvyHQ, Google Drive) and optimize how and when we use them. Responsibilities are primarily day-to-day operational execution.

      What you'll do :

      • Partner with the Brand program manager and/or creative leadership on initiatives that impact all aspects of creative—including prioritization, team resourcing, and process improvements that help us scale and operate efficiently and effectively.
      • Support creative development team. Keep the team on task, and ensure they delivering projects on time.
      • Work closely with Comms and the Consumer Social to support integrated campaigns and creative deliverables.
      • Drive and manage processes and tools for effective org planning workflows
      • Continuously seek out ways to improve, simplify, and unify processes, practices, and culture of the creative teams.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional organizations.
      • Engage with partner teams to maintain excellent and timely data accuracy.
      • Qualifications

        What you'll bring :

        • BA/BS or equivalent experience, 5 years project management with experience establishing processes, implementing systems, supporting operations for creative teams, and developing relationships.
        • A strong understanding and working knowledge of Asana - managing projects, tasks, and new requests.
        • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish line.
        • Track record of managing and shipping impactful creative initiatives in a small, nimble team within a larger, cross-functional organization.
        • Strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills. Distinctive problem solving skills.
        • Demonstrated track record successfully managing ambitious and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams
        • Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners.
        • Passionate and enthusiastic about organizational excellence and attention to detail
        • Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization
        • Passionate about leveraging tools to achieve operational excellence
        • Track record of operating independently with little oversight; iterates until they see results

        Very Nice to Have : Demonstrated experience with supporting partners developing creative briefs and creative milestone planning.

        • Experience with or understanding of cross-functional (PM, Design, Eng) product-driven organizations or digital agencies.

        Work from home/hybrid:

        We are proudly offering hybrid options in the San Mateo, CA metro market.

        Hourly Range: $60 to $75/hr.
