      As Brand Director of Northern Europe, you will lead and inspire an exceptional team across the Magic Office, field and artistry population to deliver market-leading growth and EBITDA; scope and deliver the plan to take Charlotte Tilbury to #1 Colour and Skincare brand in all markets. Super-charge brand awareness and consideration across all channels through record-breaking retailer partnerships, brand activations, disruptive trade and category marketing, and flawless customer experience and artistry at all touchpoints.

      You will be part of the EMEA team, reporting to the General Manager EMEA, managing a team of 40+ in our London Magic Office across Marketing (comprising Trade Marketing, VM & Store Design and PR & Advocacy), Retail (comprising Field, Education and Pro Artistry), and Commercial.

      Responsibilities

      • Deliver market leading growth, and step-change performance, awareness, and retention across priority markets across the region, by scoping and executing a plan comprising:
        • Regional distribution:
          • Expansion – market/partner selection, format strategy, phasing, and negotiations.
          • Penetration – partner rationalisation/expansion to capture addressable market in priority markets across all channels.
        • Channel amplification: define current/future role of each channel and optimisation opportunities to accelerate performance, with priority to CT.com and FSS store trial/expansion.
        • Brand: catapulting brand awareness and consideration through theatrical and innovative brand marketing, with record-breaking “only Charlotte Tilbury could have done that” moments, advocacy, and partnerships (conception and strategy for all markets); development and delivery of sales and marketing plans to exceed forecast across all channels.
        • Product: quantum shift in skincare, and icon marketing (AFF, Pillowtalk, Brow and Looks).
      • Motivate, inspire, and lead the team across the Magic Office, field, and retail to deliver exceptional results; develop and succession plan key talent, and ensure high retention and engagement rates, making Charlotte Tilbury an amazing place to work.
      • Define and implement omni-channel ways of working; functional integration of CT.com and wholesale, including forecasting, planning, and growth acceleration.
      • Enhanced customer proposition (DTC/B2B) through leadership with Supply Chain, including improvement on all core KPIs.
      • P&L responsibility for region, including overseeing all forecasting cycles, business case approvals and management of commercial finance, rigorous and creative cost management, to optimise return of investment across the P&L and drive EBITDA margins in excess of budget.
      • Collaborate with Global teams and EMEA Brand Directors to drive a joined-up approach and to share learnings and insights.
      • Recruit, hire, develop and retain top management talent for the region, to include filling all open positions in a timely manner.
      • Drive brand loyalty through demonstrating sales leadership, coaching, and connecting with the customer experience.
      • Manage 8 markets across Northern Europe.

      • Extensive experience within the beauty sector with demonstrable success leveraging technology and digital, and across EMEA and or Northern Europe region.
