      1 - First Shift

      Are you the type of person who can translate business objectives and company goals into creative strategies to develop, drive and execute creative visual solutions? In this role you will produce high quality, creative videos to protect and maintain the visual brand and image of Vermeer. We’re looking for visual storytellers to produce and manage projects from start to finish. This role helps accomplish the communication and promotions goals for marketing, training, and corporate efforts.

      What You’ll Do

      1. Produce video content by performing tasks of the video production process ranging from scriptwriting, camera operation , lighting, and video editing post - production work. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects in scope and on deadline.

      2. Be a creative resource to help project requestors identify and develop strategies to create and deliver new and innovative creative content. Develop strategic, creative solutions that support company goals from project requests. Provid e insight and expertis e based o n key metrics and analytics.

      3. Support marketing initiatives and events. Develop the planning and execution of creative content and shows. Works with manager and internal/external partners to establish and maintain expectations.

      4. Developing the competencies of partnerships and relationships, product market intelligence, creative stra tegy, and market impact.

      What We’re Looking For

      - Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, broadcasting, video production, or marketing, with a minimum of one years' experience in videography, photography and audio-visual event support, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

      - Candidates must submit a reel of work to be considered.

      - Experience in capturing video using digital cinema cameras and lenses.

      - Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro software.

      - Familiar with video animation using Adobe After Effects software.

      - Ability to operate Apple products to complete work.

      - Ability to track and manage projects using project management software.

      - Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint.

      - Ability to operate drones and obtain an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate.

      Travel

      - Occasional travel is expected of this position.

      Work Location

      HYBRID: Some of a team member’s day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus. Discuss specific arrangements with your manager.
