What You’ll Do:

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and lead post-initiative reviews to refine marketing strategies.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop a marketing calendar, create compelling materials with agencies, and strategize with franchisees and leadership to boost sales.
• Organizational Excellence: Analyze data to drive decisions, manage social media content, and oversee timelines for marketing campaigns.
• Local Store Marketing: Support community events, maintain the Local Store Marketing manual, and manage sponsorships and donations.
• Effective Communication: Coordinate with agencies and vendors, organize grand openings, and implement communication plans for marketing programs.
• Digital Mastery: Create and execute targeted social and digital marketing strategies to engage audiences and enhance events.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration or relevant marketing experience, preferably in food, retail, or advertising.
• Skillset: Proficiency in project management, social media content creation, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer service.
• Mindset: A passion for social media trends, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
