Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours/week - preferably Monday to Friday)

As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the team with planning and executing ATL and BTL brand campaigns. Tasks will include supporting with agency briefs, coordinating campaigns, reporting, brand approvals and managing our marketing awards process.What you’ll do
Alongside the rest of the Brand Team, you will be a brand champion and go to expert on the brand identity and the guidelines, to drive consistency and best practice.
• Support the delivery of ATL and BTL brand campaigns by contributing ideas based on market insights
• Support with creating campaign briefs and develop good working relationships with our agencies
• Ownership of campaign budget including management of POs
• Work with multiple stakeholders within the wider team (CVM, Demand Gen, Content Marketing, Propositions, Sales, Digital, Insights and Product)
• Support campaign reporting and create the tracking, tagging, weblinks and CTA reporting
• Ownership of our marketing awards process, supporting teams with award entries and tracking all of the awards we have entered and the outcomes
• Provide input into key objectives for campaigns and continually measure their effectiveness and results to drive clear insight and ROI
• Support with ad hoc marketing administrative tasks (e.g. gathering data, gifting etc)
Who you are
• Ability to operate at a fast pace and quickly learn information which can be relayed back in presentations or content creation
• Good business awareness and an understanding of the full marketing mix
• Experience of managing a budget
• A self-starter with a creative mindset and an ability to share new ideas
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in matrix organisations with good stakeholder management and a team player
