Job Description

- Handling the dialogue with Pandora’s external vendors to maintain a solid surveillance and enforcement program
- Instructing Pandora’s service providers to coordinate enforcement actions in several jurisdictions, both on- and offline
- Management of online and off-line investigations and raid actions by instructing our network of agents and lawyers on a global scale
- Intelligence management (reviewing, archiving and regularly reporting enforcement data into any case management system)
- Coordinating and organizing Pandora’s global customs surveillance and training programs
- Handling and processing Pandora’s customs suspension cases and police cases
- Coordinating and maintaining external relationships with social media platforms, online marketplaces, law enforcement, and other intermediaries
- Reporting to internal stakeholders with regular updates and figures, and support the Brand Protection Manager by identifying potential issues and providing recommendations
- Experience with brand protection work for a B2C retail organization and/or a well know brand is a plus
- Knowledge about online and offline enforcement processes, case management and archiving and managing the daily business relation with online service providers is a plus
- High level of reliability, curiosity and proactivity

- Ability to independently manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent level of spoken and written in English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Solid problem-solving attitude
- Your background could be Legal, Economy, IT or something else, but preferably in combination with IP and/or brand protection experience and a burning desire to play in this field

We are seeking a Brand Protection Specialist to join our Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Team, which is part of our Global Legal Risk & Compliance department, based in Global Office in Copenhagen.
As a Brand Protection Specialist in Pandora, you will work closely with the rest of the IP & Brand Protection Team, and under the supervision and direction of our Brand Protection Manager, you will protect and strengthen our Brand, mainly by enforcing Pandora IP rights online and offline on a global scale.Key responsibilities include:

Additional information & job location:This is a temporary 12-month full-time position, reporting to our Brand Protection Manager where you will be located in our Global Office in Copenhagen.
