- Support the Director of Brand Strategy in executing national and regional brand campaigns.
- Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistently applied across all marketing channels and internal materials.
- Assist in producing and rolling out content for culture programs, social media, events, and employee/internal initiatives.
- Help maintain and update brand assets, templates, and content libraries.
- Assist in producing content for corporate social media platforms, the company website, and other digital brand properties.
- Coordinate brand-related updates with internal partners, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure timelines and brand alignment.
- Support day-to-day execution of the corporate social media calendar.
- Partner with team members to amplify employee stories, brand campaigns, and resident engagement moments.
- Monitor engagement and provide insights to help optimize future posts and campaigns.
- Assist with planning and execution of branded experiences at corporate and industry events.
- Support the development of branded collateral, event signage, presentations, and swag.
- Help enforce brand guidelines by reviewing materials and advising teams on brand best practices.
- Collaborate with national departments (e.g., Client Services, Learning & Talent, Talent Acquisition) on branded internal and external campaigns.
- Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of brand standards at the local level.
- Track performance of brand content across digital platforms and compile data for reporting.
- Stay informed on industry trends, cultural shifts, and competitor activity to help keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, branding, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, with a strong foundation in content marketing and integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in brand strategy and campaign execution—experience in real estate, lifestyle, or hospitality industries is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling, creative direction, and delivering clear, consistent, and compelling brand narratives.
- Hands-on experience managing social media channels, publishing tools, and analytics dashboards. Strong collaborator, comfortable leading cross-functional projects and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Insight-driven and culturally curious—deeply tuned into social trends, digital culture, and community-building strategies.
- Experience working with (or within) creative and media agencies to bring campaigns and brand ideas to life.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated—able to take initiative, adapt quickly, and see ideas through to execution.
- Proficient in marketing tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with creative and digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, SOCi, or similar platforms.
