      Amazon Mexico's Consumables Retail team is looking for a data driven, customer-obsessed, hands on and creative candidate to join our team. As a Brand Specialist, you'll own selected brands to help drive growth and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.com.mx, while facilitating great business relationships with some of Amazon's highest visibility brands.

      You’ll be responsible for looking after the brands´ product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers and creating detailed weekly reports on performance. You’ll lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.

      You will also provide support to drive business growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensuring high-quality product detail pages; and making recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.

      To achieve success in this role, you will have strong analytical and relationship management skills. You are comfortable picking up new technologies and skills quickly. You'll be a problem solver, identifying issues or opportunity areas to then create plans to drive improvement.

      Key job responsibilities
      As a Brand Specialist, you will be fully involved in all business functions of your brands, including onsite marketing, vendor relation management and in-stock management.
      • Vendor management: help grow selection of products to sell on Amazon, on-boarding new vendors, identifying and resolving pricing issues
      • Online marketing: improving product page data, developing marketing and merchandising plans, improving customer experience onsite, helping generating traffic and sales
      • In-stock management: tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, resolving order rejections, working with vendors on PO automation.

      - 2+ years of doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce experience
      - 2+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
      - English proficiency.- 3+ years of doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce experience
      - Experience with presentation, organization, and account/vendor management is preferred
