- Support the Branding & Communications team in the development and execution of ongoing communications strategies across channels
- Draft and prepare materials to support communications, including messaging and other related materials
- Create presentations for use with both internal and external audiences
- Support the planning and execution of industry events and conferences
- Assist with media monitoring and providing support for key platforms, including the global employee intranet and external websites
- Support team operations, including maintaining activity trackers and content calendars
- Conduct ad hoc research
- Support the Branding & Communications team in the development and execution of ongoing digital communications strategies across channels
- Liaise with the Branding & Communications team to partner on creative development for our content calendar and ensure all digital content aligns with our strategic messaging pillars
- Liaise with the Digital Marketing team to create new digital assets, including videos, social media graphics, infographics and website copy across relevant topics
- Monitor digital trends and the social media landscape to identify new platforms and opportunities
- Assist in conducting platform research and peer analysis
- Create presentations for use with both internal and external audiences
- Support team operations, including maintaining activity trackers and content calendars
- Ideal candidate has a passion for digital media, a strong understanding of social media platforms and closely follows the digital landscape and user-behavior to identify new opportunities (e.g., TikTok) as they emerge
- Familiarity with social media publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Khoros) and social listening tools (e.g., Spredfast Intelligence, Crimson Hexagon, Google Analytics)
- Experience assisting with the management of social media accounts for a university, brand and/or business
- Experience in graphic design, photography and/or visual storytelling
- Working understanding of the financial industry is a plus
- Rising college junior who is interested in a future career in financial communications
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 and above
- Major in Business, Economics, Communications, Journalism, Political Science or related field is a plus
- Strong writing skills, as well as strong research, comprehension and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and handle time efficiently
- Working understanding of the financial industry is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy, quality and integrity
- Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

We are seeking a Branding & Communications Intern who will have the opportunity to work across our firm-wide global activities, including executive and digital communications, branding, and internal and external messaging. The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role.
