- Reviews and audits all breakdowns before client checks are written.
- Must comply with required performance metrics.
- Create and/or maintain meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files.
- Analyze and complete final settlement breakdowns.
- Meet deadlines.
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
- Strong communication with attorneys is required to complete audits when errors are discovered.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Team oriented; must be capable of working in a collaborative environment
- Self- motivated and able to operate independently with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge in auto insurance including property damage, bodily injury, liability, commercial, uninsured motorists, and personal injury protection
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce software or other CRM system
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
- Experience with a variety of office equipment
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Summary/Objective
Protects assets by ensuring compliance with internal control procedures, and regulations. The focus of this position is the reviewing and auditing of final breakdowns. High level of attention to detail in writing is required; proofreading or editing skill set is a plus. Must have ability to manage deadlines with multiple priorities, work under pressure, and appropriately handle confidential information. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel in the firm. Must appreciate high volume in a fast-paced environment.
