      KWS Italia SpA is looking for a Breeding Station Technician for our Monselice office. This position is full-time and permanent.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Advice the farmers or contractors in charge of running agricultural activities such as soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, phytosanitary control, etc. in the fields under her/his responsibility.
      • General control and supervision of the production fields, including all the evaluations needed and requested by the breeders.
      • Plan, organize and control the activities executed by the employees under own responsibility.
      • Stecks harvests and transplanting.
      • Prepare regular reports and presentations as and when required by the Management for activities under own responsibility.
      • Support ad-hoc activities as and when required by the Management.
      • Ensure all operational activities are executed and personnel under own responsibility works in line with company’s health and safety regulations.

      Key competencies and background required:

      • Residing in Monselice.
      • Technical diploma or certificate in agricultural fields.
      • Experience in agriculture and preferably in seed production.
      • Efficient user of MS Office programs.
      • Having a valid driver's license.
      • Having a valid forklif driver license (or will be able to obtain).
      • Fluent in Italian, and preferably in English.
