      Summary of Job Description

      We’ve partnered with Brewery X, an Independent & Craft brewery based in Anaheim with deep roots in San Diego. A Brewery X Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and providing information about menu offerings and special promotions. Hosts also coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experiences and handle guest inquiries and concerns. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

      The hourly rate for this position is $20.70

      To be successful in this role you will:

      • Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and provide information about menu offerings and special promotions.
      • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experiences.
      • Exhibit excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
      • Prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision in a dynamic environment.
      • Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and service areas.
      • Assist guests with to-go orders and retail/package purchases.
      • Be detail-oriented, able to multi-task efficiently, and respond promptly to guests' needs.
      • Ensure compliance with state food safety guidelines and be TIPS and Food Safety certified.
      • Work flexible shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
      • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, striving to improve all operations standards.
