THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION. THE APPOINTMENT WILL TYPICALLY START IN APRIL AND END IN OCTOBER EACH YEAR.

POSITION WILL WORK INTERMITTENT HOURS UP TO FULL-TIME HOURS DURING THE SEASONAL ASSIGNMENT DEPENDING ON THE NEEDS OF THE EMPLOYER.

Greet customers, collect tolls from motorist according to toll policies and vehicle classifications, check truck permits to ensure compliance with weight rules and regulations, assist in taking surveys, help law enforcement agencies in locating sought vehicles and delivering emergency messages, and monitoring security cameras.

The Salary listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate at the entry (6) level through the maximum rate at the experienced (E7) level. Based on education and experience, candidates will be reviewed to determine what level they are qualified for.

Completion of at least 8 semester hours (12 term) college credits in accounting, business, finance, mathematics, public administration, or statistics may be substituted for one year of experience as a Bridge Services Representative.

OR

Two years of experience in a customer service position with primary focus on processing financial transactions
