      Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Broker Services Operations Analyst on our Insurance Operations team.

      As a Broker Servicing Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by efficiently managing incoming requests, investigating issues, and collaborating on corrective measures. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills will be crucial in maintaining efficient workflows and strengthening our broker partnerships.

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Collaborate with various teams, including Broker Relations, IT, Underwriting, and Claims, to support onboarding and resolve broker issues

      • Serve as the primary contact for new brokers, addressing their inquiries promptly and accurately

      • Manage and triage broker requests based on urgency and complexity, ensuring effective routing and resolution

      • Analyze reported issues to identify root causes and collaborate on corrective actions

      • Maintain comprehensive records of broker interactions and issue resolutions

      • Generate management reports on request trends and resolution timelines

      • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize broker servicing and streamline workflows

      What you’ll bring:

      • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a broker servicing, client support, or operations role within P&C insurance

      • Technical capabilities such as Microsoft Office Suite and Guidewire

      • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas to drive our business

      • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail

      • Energetic work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a sense of urgency

      • Undergraduate degree or demonstrable industry experience

      Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
