Brokerage Operations Associate (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform operational activities between the broker/dealer and the clearing firm
- Review daily reports and resolve findings related to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Process check deposits received from advisors and clients
- Handle requests in the Salesforce Operations queue, including user access and process improvements
- Collaborate with the custodian and advisor teams to resolve operational issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of financial industry experience
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Preferred: FINRA Series 7 and SIE, with Series 24 also preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a brokerage or wealth management environment
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit processes
- Strong process management skills and ability to see tasks through to completion
- Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar platforms
