Job Description

- Enter Trade Settlement Instructions received from Brokerage Branch Office personnel.
- Send, receive, and complete Letters of Free Funds (LOFF) utilizing trading information and funding availability.
- Approve settlement transactions based on funding/asset availability.
- Research the availability of funds to complete payment requests.
- Help resolve any unsettled or unmatched transactions by communicating with all impacted stakeholders.
- Assist team members in other functions as volumes dictate.
- Provide assistance with various reporting responsibilities.
- Offer subject matter expertise and service to Client Associates, Financial Advisors, and Client Relationship Managers regarding supported processes.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to perform effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to research discrepancies utilizing investigation skills and intellectual curiosity.
- College degree preferred.
- Previous experience with brokerage back-office applications.
