      Summary:


      Booster Spirit Wear is seeking a Screen Press Associate to assist with quality checking all shirts coming off the press to ensure the print is adhering to the garment as well as matching the work order & mock up specifications (colors, placement, and quality). This role makes sure that the correct amount of shirts are printed, folded and appropriately boxed for each order the press completes. In addition, this team member will assist the screen tech with coding/burning screens and printing films.


      Core Responsibilities:

      • Quality control material as it comes off the press, ensuring each print is correct and matching the mock up

      • Break down all product counts by size, ensuring that orders are printed in full before boxing

      • Boxing and labeling printed product to the specifications of the team standard

      • Stage pre-housed product as needed

      • Assist press operator as needed


      Skills and Qualifications:

      • Technical screen printing abilities a plus

      • Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment

      • Ability to lift over 20+ pounds repeatedly

      Compensation and Benefits:

      • $15-17 / hour, non-exempt

      • Full-time hours, Monday - Friday
