      The Buckeye Local Schools Board of Education is seeking applicants for the position of Treasurer/CFO. The new Treasurer/CFO will assist the school district in achieving its vision, mission, goals and strategies.


      Job Summary:

      Qualifications:
      1.At least a Bachelor’s Degree or higher with specific emphasis in accounting, finance and management of district finances
      2.Appropriate Ohio Treasurer’s Certificate/License
      3.Successful leadership experience in school finance
      4.Strong team leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a member of an administrative team
      5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      6.Strong interpersonal skills to relate effectively with the Board of Education, staff, students, parents, and community
      7.Ability to create and maintain an atmosphere of respect and trust
      8.Good presentation and public speaking skills
      9.Competent fiscal management experience
      10.High degree of professionalism
