- Create a structured cost budget for each home based on basic bids, contract pricing and upgraded item processing
- Run each home with options and item numbers in different cost codes to create report of overall profit for production of each job
- Use report for true cost of goods to ensure PMI is high and resources are high quality

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Budget Coordinator for their Main Office Department. The right candidate will be responsible for coordinating budgets and purchase orders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
