      The Site BU MRP Planner (ROH, CSTM, VERP) is responsible for Material planning management, Master and transactional data, Inventory management, Process improvement.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Create VSF for independent requirements

      • Drive and convert purchase requisitions to purchase order at the right time considering the supplier lead time and the release time

      • Maintain purchase orders accordingly to supplier confirmation

      • Contact supplier if delivery date is not fitting the requirement date

      • Liaise with Operational Buyer for escalation and use Procurement tracker when needed

      • Oversee release and contact QA for release prioritization

      • Identify key roadblocks and report to line manager

      • Create, maintain, delete material master data parameters to ensure systems fit the need of the business

      • Check transactional data to ensure that systems reflect real time status

      • Drive reduction of excess inventory to ensure optimal level of material under his profit centers to prevent losses and/or scrap.

      • Contribute and deploy Global and Local initiatives

      • Contribute to harmonized / standardized KPI’s definition

      • Use harmonized / standardized KPI’s to define improvement initiatives and action plan

      • Identify, share with pears, and propose best practice to line manager

      • Document processes and tasks accordingly to cGMP and ISO 9001 standards

      • Liaise with Operational Buyer for Procurement Master Data quality and for packaging size optimization

      Key requirements:

      • University degree in the area of Procurement / Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or Business Management

      • APICS CPIM / SCOR certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred

      • Extensive work experience in a highly regulated industry, biotech or pharmaceutical industry preferred

      • Work experience in Material planning, as well as Operations, in a manufacturing site

      • Good knowledge of SAP MM

      • Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner

      • Key player and structured problem solving approach

      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPI’s) and identify issues through root cause analysis

      • Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports

      • Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint as well as ERP and Supply Chain systems

      • Fluent English skills, good German is an advantage
