      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Inspect, maintain, and build new buildings
      - Perform general maintenance, installation, repair, and service
      - Perform preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof inspections at various sites
      - Effectively work with a variety of hand/power tools
      - Pool knowledge with other Facility Maintenance Technicians to accomplish complex projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping
      - Valid driver’s license
      - D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by the employer)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field
