What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on the facility including carpentry, painting, and minor plumbing
- Inspect the facility for malfunctions and conduct necessary repairs
- Repair interior walls and install drywall as needed
- Complete ad-hoc duties such as window and door repairs
- Carry out other work-related tasks as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Maintenance experience required
- Must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Strong English comprehension skills, both oral and written
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to operate manual or electric tools
