What this job involves

Responsible for installing, programming, testing, calibrating, operating, and repairing building control systems, including HVAC, lighting, security, and fire alarm systems. Must have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including ALC BMS and micro-block coding, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, calibrate, operate, and repair building control systems.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair system issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on new system design and implementation.
• Keep records of all work performed on building control systems.
• Follow all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering, technology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Estimated total compensation ranges from $85,800 to $124,400 annually. This is an estimate; actual offer depends on education, experience, skills, location, and internal factors.

Location

On-site in Mountain View, CA.
