MIS Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Collection & tracking of various EHS, real estate & FM related data from various stake holder within organization.
2. Organizing data and keeping it handy for record retention and future and present use.
3. Creation of Excel Dashboard / Power BI and presenting data as per client requirement.
4. Use JLL & client technology tool like share folders, Power BI, etc. for updating, recording & presenting data.
7. Liaisoning with various stake holders within & outside organization like Admin, sourcing, vendor, site leads, executives, finance, project as per requirement.
8 Creation of MMR, and presentation on power point.
Performance Objective: MIS Executive will be responsible for accurate & timely report and data generation.
Qualification & Experience:
1. Minimum Graduation from recognized University
2. Advance Course in Excel, Power Point presentation. Should know short cut key, high speed over keyboard, advance V-lookup, H-Lookup, Slicer, Pivot, Linking sheet etc. Added Advantage if processing knowledge of MACROS, MS-Share-point & Power BI
3. Minimum 2-3 year of experience in MIS role in FM /Admin / Service industry.
4. Mail & verbal Communication skills
5. Street smart, Self Confident & Self motivating go-getter personality.
