Job Description

- Coordinate and execute custodial duties to maintain a healthy and clean work environment.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies and paper supplies are well stocked and reordered when required. Ensure all custodial equipment is operating correctly and notify supervisor of any deficiencies and/or any required corrective action or repairs.
- Ensure that all cleaning chemicals are utilized in accordance with MSDS requirements.
- Rotate areas of responsibility as needed to accommodate the agency's needs and assists in coverage for absences of other custodial staff.
- Work with light maintenance items as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma
- Two (2) years of custodial experience
- Must have skills and the ability to operate custodial equipment and practice good housekeeping procedures.
- Must be able to manage inventory of custodial supplies including paper products and cleaning supplies.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with agency personnel in a positive and productive manner.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

General Responsibility
Coordinate and execute custodial duties in assigned areas of responsibility. Ensure that assigned facilities areas remain in a state of cleanliness consistent with agency standards. Duties include servicing areas that are security sensitive.
