      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and evaluate the quality of behavioral health services provided by the clinic and contracted service providers
      - Coordinate investigation, analysis, and response to quality/patient safety issues
      - Develop and analyze data for administrative and clinical decision making
      - Coordinate, prepare, and assist with internal and external audits
      - Investigate critical incidents and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective action

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, social services, or a related healthcare field
      - Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health, case management, or quality management
      - Ability to perform complex statistical analysis and problem-solving
      - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPC, and DSM coding

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of behavioral health case management principles and practices
      - Additional related education and/or experience preferred
