      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in needs assessment, requirements gathering, and implementation of software and business management initiatives
      - Analyze operational activities and identify tools to streamline business processes
      - Validate report data and monitor system outputs to ensure quality reporting
      - Coordinate user acceptance testing and communicate findings with technical staff
      - Assist staff with system-related issues and develop user manuals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software and/or mainframe applications support or development
      - Familiarity with software application development and project execution
      - Basic understanding of relational database concepts and ad-hoc reporting tools
      - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Business or a related field
      - Familiarity with health care claims processing and standards
      - Experience designing software testing protocols from a business operations perspective
      - Demonstrated ability with SQL, Excel, Access, and other reporting tools
      - Experience with workflow design and process improvement initiatives
