- Handling phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately
- Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling patient appointments

- Driving licence or working towards one is desirable but not essential (due to location)
- Appointment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check
- On-the-job training and support from experienced staff.
- Full training in clinical coding and EMIS Web.
