      Core Job Duties:
      - Gather and analyze requirements to create business cases for product development.
      - Write documentation for product requirements.
      - Support development projects using Agile methodology.
      - Analyze product requests and provide recommendations for enhancements.
      - Define acceptance criteria for product releases based on requirements.

      Minimum Qualifications:
      - 3+ years of business experience in Tax, PEO Industry, and HCM services.
      - Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
      - Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
      - Excellent organization and prioritization skills, both written and verbal.
      - Attention to detail in documenting project specifications and test cases.
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      - Ability to work independently on assigned project work.

      Additional Preferred Qualifications:
      - Experience in the Payroll Service Bureau or PEO Industry.
      - Knowledge of development processes and methodology.
      - Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Management, or related field, or equivalent business experience.

      Physical Demands:
      - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
      - Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

      Travel Required:
      - Minimal to none.

      Work Authorization:
      - Prospective employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
