What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and manage SQL queries and Oracle programming tasks
- Support data warehouse activities and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions
- Participate in implementation activities and assist in project management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis
- Strong Oracle and SQL programming skills, including writing queries and debugging
- Experience with data warehousing, either in support or as a heavy user
- Healthcare claims experience is highly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
