      Job Title: Business Analyst

      Job Description

      This position calls for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in managing vendor relationships, focusing on compliance within the sales deal execution process. The ideal candidate will possess a legal background, as understanding and reviewing legal content is essential. This role requires problem-solving under pressure and meeting deadlines, with opportunities to extend beyond the initial term.

      Responsibilities

      • Review contracts, ensuring compliance within the sales deal execution process.
      • Maintain all project management processes including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget.
      • Support the Engineering Site Leader in maintaining business priorities and promoting best practice sharing.
      • Participate in strategic initiatives or cross-group projects, developing success metrics and communication strategies.
      • Collaborate with corporate communications and local teams for internal and external communication strategies.
      • Deliver programming that shapes a positive, inclusive, and innovative culture at engineering and research centers.
      • Manage and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

      Essential Skills

      • Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing and executing sales deals with a focus on compliance.
      • Strong legal and compliance background, particularly in reviewing contracts.
      • Minimum 4 years of experience with specific tools and systems such as CRM, COSMIC, VL Central, OneVet, ECIF Central, OneSOE, APT.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality work.
      • Experience in maintaining cross-group collaboration.
      • Experience in developing communication strategies to reinforce company values and presence.
      • Prior experience with similar tools and systems is preferred.

      Work Environment

      This role offers a hybrid work environment, with some days onsite at the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office and some days remote.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $42.00/hr.
