      Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of a business analyst and project manager for its Mexico transportation division. This role will be part of the Ops Integration team.

      Key job responsibilities:
      This role will support deep dives and ad hoc analysis for transportation quality defects and propose corrective actions. This role will also be working with operations, continuous improvement, and abuse prevention teams.

      A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, and customer-focused; will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

      In this position you will:

      1. Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps.
      2. Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals.
      3. Cross-functional coordination and alignment.
      4. Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program.
      5. Monitor and respond to stakeholder feedback.
      6. Create metrics dashboards and facilitate data to dive deep to the stakeholders and provide visibility.
      7. Create SQL integration solutions that can support the needs to audit and prevent losses.
      8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication across all levels and teams.

      This role calls for an individual to showcase judgment and decision-making skills to balance customer experience with financial impact. This position offers broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams within Amazon.

      A day in the life:
      1. Dive Deep on metrics while working with stakeholders, diagnosing, and resolving problems.
      2. Share analysis and findings with main stakeholders. Identify pain points and raise concerns.
      3. Meet with stakeholders and ops owners to establish actions for improvement.
      4. Report metrics to stakeholders.
      5. Create tables or dashboards to provide visibility to the teams and leadership.

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      - Completed Bachelor's Degree
      - 2+ years of work experience as Business Data Analytics.
      - Experience in Business Intelligence tools (preferred Amazon Quicksight).
      - Experience and Knowledge in SQL.
      - Experience using large datasets.
      - English intermediate-advanced (B2+)

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      - Experience working with Tableau
      - Experience in SQL to build complex queries using good syntax practices, conditional filters, multiple joins, subqueries, and indexes.
      - Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an innate understanding of presenting data to different levels of leadership and sections of the organization.
      - Change management and influence skills; ability to negotiate and communicate across different levels of the organization.
