      Business Analyst and Corporate Internal Professional

      Key Role:

      Take part in the collection, capture, and management of stakeholder needs from prioritization and concept development as a business analyst. Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support the internal corporate team, including defining the backlog and ensuring the user’s perspective is considered. Facilitate and implement internal team digital strategy for multiple sites in line with the firm's Digital Strategy. Leverage Smartsheet, SharePoint, WorkDay Report, and additional software alongside agile strategy and project lifecycle development to build and maintain key programs with the automation of set programs on a team-to-team basis. Support the management of internal team sites, including knowledge management strategies, SharePoint site development, and supporting multiple team areas to determine documentation and solutions based needs. Document concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories, document business rules, and construct workflow diagrams, as needed. Support in developing written documentation of processes.

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Experience with designing and managing SharePoint, including sites, lists, workflows, permissions and security settings
      • Experience with using Microsoft 365 tools and Power Platform including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, PowerApps
      • Ability to manage multiple workstream deliveries
      • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree

      Additional Qualifications:

      • Experience with Smartsheet, including Design blueprints through Control Center, Develop Dynamic views, Pivot Tables, and Dashboarding
      • Experience developing, reviewing, and disseminating emails via Poppulo
      • Experience with business analysis with ability to conduct analysis, research, and evaluate options for action to support improving business process solutions Knowledge of basic accounting concepts, financial data analysis, and resource management data analysis
      • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
      • Ability to contribute to process improvement methodologies and analyze documentation for large-scale projects

      Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
