        The AMS team focuses on identifying opportunities that take us into new markets, address emerging customer needs, and align with industry trends. Recognising these opportunities early allows for quick adaptation and helps businesses remain competitive and innovative. Within this context, Business Analysts play a key role by: capturing and refining requirements through workshops, interviews, and desktop research to understand customer needs and business problems; creating AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to visualize current and future state processes; writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria using the "Given-When-Then" format to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations; utilizing analysis methodologies, templates, tools, and techniques in line with project standards; establishing and maintaining requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

        The AMS team offers strong support for professional growth through structured training and certifications. Business Analysts have clear pathways to progress into roles such as Product Management and other strategic positions. Our dedicated training catalogue supports members in completing mandatory courses and additional learning. Analysts are also encouraged to: play an active role in the Business Analysis community by sharing learnings and celebrating the successes of others; estimate the effort required to complete defined tasks and deliver work on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

      Our Application Management Services (AMS):

      The AMS Practice manages, enhances, and maintains custom applications or packaged software by integrating AI, smart automation and robotics. Utilising Agile and DevOps methodologies, we drive continuous delivery and deployment. Our comprehensive approach to application development, management, and testing adds significant business and IT value to our clients.

      As part of the AMS practice at Atos, Business Analysts play a key role in delivering and supporting digital services across public and private sectors. They manage the full requirements lifecycle—from understanding client needs to defining functional specifications—while working in agile, multidisciplinary teams. Their ability to bring clarity, structure, and stakeholder alignment adds critical value to application development and ongoing service delivery, especially in complex or high-priority environments. Experience in GDS, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps is highly valued.

      Skills we can’t do without:

      • Business Analysis Experience: 5 years of experience In roles focused on application development.
      • Agile Methodology and User-Centred Design: Proven experience in multi-discipline agile development teams. Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies and user-centred design.
      • Requirements Elicitation : Gathering and defining requirements, documenting functional requirements established structured method (e.g. User Stories)
