Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Analyst to join the Billing & Collections team at our Shadeland location on a hybrid schedule .
The Business Analyst position will be responsible for providing operational leaders reporting support and data analytics. They will utilize SQL queries to build weekly and monthly reports. Additionally, the Business Analyst would be involved in key strategic initiatives and projects to help RCS meet organizational goals. This position supports Revenue Cycle Services by providing timely, accurate and reliable financial information necessary for optimal management of department operations. Position may also support execution of internal and external financial transactions (invoice processing, vendor contracts, etc.) The incumbent will serve as a resource to all levels of management in reporting, understanding and analyzing department financial performance data. This role provides data analysis support, report generation, and data validation. This position will assist in documenting processes and developing training and conducting education programs relative to financial performance and business intelligence.

• Bachelors degree preferred. Requires proficiency in MS Excel and Access. Experience in a healthcare, accounting or corporate finance setting strongly preferred.
