      The Business Analyst - Business Warehouse (BW) / D365 will Act as techno-functional resource to support the Business Warehouse (BW) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications for the Finance team. We will consider (Hybrid) candidates that are able to work at our Global Shared Services (GSS) Center in Krakow.

      Your Day to Day:

      • Perform month end closing duties in various systems as required
      • Prepare and maintain up to date processes, system documentation and end user training materials in collaboration with the process owners
      • Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, reporting, and acumen to understand and meet business stakeholder needs
      • Act as focal point for identification, collection, interpretation, and prioritization of the global Business Intelligence reporting requirements. This includes becoming familiar with SAP BW reports, specifically in the Sales, Operations, Planning, Analysis, Reporting (SOPAR) and Finance areas.
      • Act as subject matter expert and frequently interact with BW developers, internal customers, and management to clearly identify and articulate the business needs and translate them to the IT group for Finance and SOPAR areas.
      • Perform monthly reconciliation between SOPAR reports and the SAP source system.
      • Coordinate business resources for testing, validation, and sign-off of new functionality in existing reports, as well as new projects
      • Provide end-user support in the form of defining report requirements, user training and communication as needed.
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
      • Ability to gather and refine business requirements from stakeholders and D365 users, advising stakeholders and end-users on how to streamline existing systems optimally and guiding future goals and requirements
      • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to design and implement solutions in D365 to meet business requirements.
      • Coordinate with D365 developers and stakeholders to analyze and fix root cause issues
      • Write functional specifications, test scripts and coordinate user acceptance testing for D365

      Who You Are:

      • B.A.,B.S in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
      • Proven track record with respect to knowledge of financial processes, controls, and associated improvement programs
      • 3+ years working as a busienss analyst with experience with BW and Microsoft Dynamics/365
      • Prior experience with financial reporting tool such as BPC, Hyperion, etc., preferred.
      • Familiarity with Business Warehouse reporting and Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
      • Proficient in SAP, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time and multi-task.
      • Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
      • Ability to meet deadlines and be results oriented.
      • Desire to produce accurate, high-quality work with attention to details.
      • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations.
      • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment driving success for the organization.
