      This position is within a division of the Desjardins Group called Collabria.

      Collabria Financial is a Canadian credit card issuer offering customized card programs for Canadian credit unions, serving their consumer and business members in a B2B2C framework.       General Information on the Position

      Main Responsibilities

      • Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs in terms of project scope, and identify, formalize and communicate needs and requirements

      • Formalize objectives, help identify value and model business processes

      • Work with users to develop solutions that are aligned with the business objectives, analyze impacts on the various stakeholders, identify prerequisites and internal dependencies, ensure a cross-sector vision of the solution and perform end-to-end requirements traceability

      • Help develop testing strategies and acceptance testing plans, and support the business sector during solution rollout

      • Help develop change management strategies and carry out related activities

      • Working with stakeholders and business users to elicit, capture, analyze, refine and communicate / document their requirements

      • Support of the delivery teams throughout the project

      • Representing the technical team in communication with the business users and stakeholders about the project delivery

      • Providing support to the technology team in the definition of technical solutions

      • Validating / verifying that the functional and non-functional requirements are appropriately implemented within the solution.

      Other working conditions

      • Workplace: Position located in Calgary, Montreal, Toronto or Winnipeg, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is full-time hybrid #LI-hybrid

      • Travel: Candidates can work anywhere within Canada

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

      • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

      • A strong credit card background (an asset)

      Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

      • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

      Specific knowledge

      • Proven knowledge of data mapping and data analysis along with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

      • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
