      Join our dynamic team dedicated to ensuring compliance and operational excellence in electronic communications. The Supervision Electronic Communication Program and Offshore Services Team is dedicated to helping the business manage regulatory obligations, operational risk, and supervisory requirements. As an International Supervisory Analyst, you will support the team in daily responsibilities and broader projects.

      Job Summary

      As an International Supervisory Analyst in Wealth Management Central Supervision, you will be providing reporting and analytics covering JPMorgan Wealth Management and the Private Bank. You will be key to enabling the business to proactively mitigate risk and identify process improvement opportunities through the use of its data by ensuring that data is clearly documented, of good quality, well-protected, timely, and meaningful. This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance and production of all reporting & analytics that come out of Wealth Management Supervision, leveraging Business Intelligence tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Python to make the data come to life. This support is primarily focused on management oversight reporting, development of committee materials, management support, and ad-hoc analysis. The Analyst will be responsible for executing BAU reporting responsibilities, seeking better ways to perform existing processes, and creating / maintaining future requests.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Execute operational procedures for delivering data in support of business operation and oversight reporting.
      • Analyze data and reports to derive opportunities for improvement, isolate root causes, and collaborate on viable solutions to drive enhanced processes
      • Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting procedures and controls in accordance with regulations
      • Submit and tracking of tickets for updates/additions to the program
      • Handle all miscellaneous requests related to the process and assist the team with research and investigation, as required

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Capability to build good working relationships with cross functional/regions teams
      • Ability to self-motivate, strong time management and organizational skills, as well as ability to work with various personalities
      • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and summarize feedback
      • Ability to identify, understand and reduce operational risks, as well as document procedures and identify requirements for additional controls, as required
      • Ability to analyze data or process flows and ideate on improvements
      • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization and consistently meet deadlines
      • MS Excel skills - including pivot tables, V-lookups, sorting and filtering data
      • Proficiency in use of firm approved business Intelligence tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
      • Proficiency in database querying languages such as SQL and/or Python
      • Alteryx Designer Core certification is required

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      • Advanced knowledge of securities industry rules, regulations and guidelines and significant and equivalent experience in a directly related securities industry position may substitute for bachelor’s degree
      • Written and verbal fluency in English. Other languages are a bonus.
      • Proven Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
      • Stakeholder management is a bonus.
      • Alteryx Designer Advanced certification is preferred.
