What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete two assignments in different business units to gain a broad understanding of Payment Integrity
- Manage top executional priorities in the Optum Payment Integrity business sector
- Engage in leadership development coursework and curriculum
- Interact with senior leaders and build a valuable network across the organization
- Receive support, professional training, and coaching from a leader
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
- Currently pursuing an MBA from a top-tier program with a target graduation date no later than June 2024 (or graduated within the past two years)
- 3+ years of relevant professional work experience
- Solid skills with Microsoft, specifically Excel and Power Point
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

- Operations experience or operations focused educational background
- Experience with data analysis
- Project or program management, healthcare, marketing, and/or IT background
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex business issues and make strategic decisions
