      Introduction

      We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Crusher Spare Parts Business Line team. Your role plays a crucial part in driving profitability and enabling strong support to stakeholders, which will positively impact the business. In this position, you will report to CSP Finance Business Partner, based in the United States.

      This position is mainly located in Espoo, Tampere, Pori or Lappeenranta in Finland, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

      What you’ll do

      • Perform thorough systematic statistical, financial, and qualitative customer sales analysis and interpretation to identify gaps and determine opportunities for organic growth.
      • Outline and strengthen consumption models and quantify sales benefits of business decisions such as consignment inventory, field service add-ons, service exchange programs, among others.
      • Supports respective Product Group head(s) in customer and market analysis for Strategy development, execution, and monitoring of relevant KPIs.
      • Gather customer and product-related data and translate it into comprehensive, effective, and compelling tables, graphs, dashboards in PBI or similar tools.
      • Gather, review, and analyze market and competitor data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics from external data sources relevant to our products to develop insights and ensure early warning indicators for market risks (disruptions, price trends, capacity constraints)
      • Develop and maintain close relationships with Market Areas, Market Intelligence and Reporting communities within the Company.

      Who you are

      • You have a relevant Bachelor’s degree for example in Business, Economics or related field
      • You have already gained professional experience in a similar role
      • You have a good understanding of global market trends and competitive landscape.
      • You have an analytical mindset paired with problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage your workload independently
      • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English - you know how to communicate with different people and how to build a wide network.
      • Your approach is proactive and independent, and you want to continuously learn.
      • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SAP.
