- Conduct in-depth financial analysis on promotions to understand trade spend effectiveness
- Develop and present actionable insights to Business Development Managers (BDMs) that improves trade spend effectiveness
- Represent the RGM team as one of the key points of contact with BDMs
- Lead the RGM team’s reporting by:
- Updating weekly and monthly reports leveraging multiple sources (ie. Excel, Nielsen, Kantar)
- Document a master list of all RGM-managed reports (current, new requests)
- Leveraging Power BI to centralize, automate, and improve reporting effectiveness
- Builds new tools that will enable the organization to make better decisions and simplify processes
- Acts as the SME using the Kantar (Xtel) system developing a deep understanding of data inputs & functional capabilities.
- Administer the critical monthly trade governance routine (meeting invites, pre-read, meeting minutes, populate standardized reporting)
- Business degree in administration or equivalent
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and advise stakeholders by providing recommendations
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Highly organized with an ability to operate on multiple timelines
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of Power BI
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities
- Pragmatic approach to the problems and challenges encountered with a problem-solving attitude

The Business Analyst, Customer Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is directly involved in driving Danone’s trade spend effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team and lead and develop the RGM team’s substantial business reporting needs. This is unique role that deliver outsized financial and commercial impact.
