      About the Role:

      Join the OASIS team and work with S&R business partners to design requirements that help grow and improve our software offerings to exam staff in the Federal Reserve System. As a Business Analyst you will become a subject matter expert in our product offerings and user needs and be a liaison between the users and the engineering team.

      You Will:

      • Work with stakeholders and product team to define designs and requirements for the software

      • Produce well defined user stories for the engineering team to use to improve the product

      • Document processes and research new ideas including UI designs and technical details

      • Collaborate closely with the other members of the Product team

      You Have:

      • At least 2 years working in software development environment

      • Experience in producing written requirements for a software development team

      • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies. (certifaction in SAFe a plus)

      • Experience working in Jira or other software development tools to manage work

      • A curious mind and a passion for user centered design

      Notes:

      This position may be filled at various levels based on candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.

      This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely . For this specific role, 4 days per week of work can be conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.

      This position requires access to confidential supervisory information and/or FOMC information, which is limited to "Protected Individuals" as defined in the U.S. federal immigration law. Protected Individuals include, but are not limited to, U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, and U.S. permanent residents who either are not yet eligible to apply for naturalization or who have applied for naturalization within the requisite timeframe . Candidates who are permanent residents may be eligible for the information access required for this position if they sign a declaration of intent to become a U.S. citizen and pursue a path to citizenship and meet other eligibility requirements.
