What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop and implement solutions
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, managing competing resources and priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent operational experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent documentation skills and a track record of following through on commitments
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine solutions
