What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead change management projects and continuous improvement exercises
- Provide advice, assistance, guidance, research, and technical support
- Analyze data and evaluation activities, contributing to research findings in report form
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, communicating complicated requirements
- Review and edit written documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or three (3) or more years of hands-on experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Chrome
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain a professional demeanor
- Strong written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in administrative, analytical, or project management functions
- Knowledge of government contracting processes
