What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Formulate mathematical or simulation models of problems, analyzing constants and variables
- Analyze information obtained from management to identify and define operational problems
- Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and make necessary adjustments
- Define data requirements and gather and validate information using judgment and statistical tests
- Develop decision support software to assist management with decision-making processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in a relevant role
- Experience in operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, or data modeling
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or other related advanced degree
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience working with statistical tests and data validation processes
